According to Francesc Aguilar (MD) we have an agreement with Alcácer, and Peter Lim also gave the "OK" but what's holding is the rest of Valencia's board, as they don't want to sell him.

He also Mentions Robert is keeping Paco informed constantly about our interest and trying to keep him reassured. the player wants to move and Lim is willing/wanting to sell him but like I said above the Valencia board doesn't want it to happen.
