So the deal on Munir is a loan with a buy option for Valencia? That pretty much means we are going to lose him, since if he turns out to be a hit they are going to buy him. Unbelievably stupid deal if true.

well, i guess it will be a loan with a buy option, which we can block when paying a certain sum. so basically it is in our hands, if he is a success there, we get him back and pay a little for it. makes sense to me

Some loans+buys are:
1. obligatory, where you must buy a player after 1 year
2. optional for a buyer to decide whether they want to buy a player. A seller has to accept it every time, if a buyer wants to buy.
3. optional for a seller/or both sides to decide after a 1-2-xx years

Munir's deal seems to be a no3 type.

Should be announced "soon". How many weeks now? But we are taking an academy player of theirs. So they take one from us. Hopefully it all works out. Maybe in 2-3 years we'll offer Paco + money for Dybala.

It's a great deal...... Every party involved would be satisfied.

1) The player would not be let down if we block their option to buy and want him back. He would be compensated with higher wages and assurance of playing time I suppose. We probably would have to compensate to Valencia, with some transfer money, for blocking their option to buy.
Also we would be paying to get him back which should make him feel important? After all, he is being forced to move to Valencia!

2) I presume Valencia would be obligated to play Munir for a minimum period and will have to pay a compensation if they don't meet the clause. This should be somehow related to the compensation fee that we would have agreed to pay for blocking their option to buy. (Like, when we agreeing to pay for keeping our own player, you should also agree to pay for not providing him enough opportunities! Sounds childish I know :p)

Denis Suarez deal to Sevilla
2 years loan,Sevilla had option tou buy him for 6M after,we had the option to buy him back for 9M
for that reason when Villarreal came with an offer, they got him for 3M paid for Sevilla not for Barca. b/c that was the money Sevilla was gonna profit anyway. We got the buyback with same amount Villarreal paid.

I think it will be loan with buy option for Valencia (mainly because of FFP) and buy-back for us. So if he's good this season they can buy him, if not, he comes back and we can loan/sell with buy-back him to another club next season if we don't decide to keep him (which we probably wouldn't if he wouldn't even make it at Valencia this season). If I'm right and we'll also have a 2 years of buy-back option then we'll actually have Munir "under control" for 3 more years which should be more than enough time to fairly evaluate his progress.

That option of us blocking his transfer (by paying Valencia something more than agreed buy option will be) is probably just for the case that we'll want to have him back next season and Valencia would also want to execute his buy option. This would probably mean that he'd have a really great season.

Of course this is all just my guess but I think both clubs are negotiating about those things right now and that Munir's transfer is holding back official confirmation of Paco's transfer. I believe everything about Paco is already agreed if not Valencia wouldn't let him to have his medical.

So it sounds like it could be option 2 or 3. Essentially what you saying is, yes Valencia has the buy option but we can still REFUSE to sell? In that case what would be Valencia's incentive to play him? Hoping that if they trigger the buy option we would AGREE to sell?

If I understood you correctly khaled, it will be a loan with a buy-option for Valencia to buy Munir but we reserve the right to buy him back with a buy-back option for us in the deal?

You are right to some extent.
If he'll be a flop there, why would they buy him?
If he'll be a success, we'll surely bring him back.
Only if he'll be somewhere in between, like good enough for them, not good enough for us, would be a win-win for them.

Again, you do have a point.
But there are lots of different news currently in different papers.
Some say it is a loan deal, some say that they will buy him with a buyback option.

We'll see later today what kind of loan+sell or buyback deal we have struck in the end
