So it sounds like it could be option 2 or 3. Essentially what you saying is, yes Valencia has the buy option but we can still REFUSE to sell? In that case what would be Valencia's incentive to play him? Hoping that if they trigger the buy option we would AGREE to sell?

If I understood you correctly khaled, it will be a loan with a buy-option for Valencia to buy Munir but we reserve the right to buy him back with a buy-back option for us in the deal?

I don't know what is Munir deal since I've rarely logged to the web in the past few days.
But it can be something like that and it happened b4 with Denis

They can earn money if they want to keep him but we decide we want him back immediately.

Let's say they'll have buy option of 5M at the end of 2016/17 season and we'll have 8M option to "block" his transfer same summer. 3M difference will be their incentive to regularly play him. Of course it's still a small amount (eventhough they are in financial problems) and if he'll be bad they probably won't continue to play him just for financial reasons. Then after next two seasons (in 2018 and 2019) we'll also have a buy-back that will be a bit higher (let's say about 12M).

Again, those numbers are just my guess and are based on similar transfers we've made in the past. They could be lower or higher but probably not by much. So not something like Morata transfer when RM sell him to Juve for 18M in 2014 and then they had around 30M buy-back option they executed this summer.

Well, the deal is done anyway as he was traveling to Madrid from El-Prat in Barcelona. Probably had his medical early morning.

munir to valencia makes sense for valencia because they are handicapped with financial fair play now so they cant buy a top striker this window. munir allows them a short-term fix at the very least. if he does well for them and we block thier option to buy, they get added money to find a suitable replacement without ffp breathing down thier necks. i dont know how they got into this position but i dont think it is the current owner's fault , they spent €131 million last season in order for them to become competitive then they finished 12th meaning they lost UCL/EL money couldn't cover that amount and now they have to sell.
