Real Madrid is filthy rich so they don't need to sell to get him, unless Juventus insists that they get an equally good midfielder from Real Madrid to replace Pogba.

They are selling Kovacic anyway because he is just not good enough and their midfield is stacked. If Pogba goes there they probably will sell one of Isco and James, not for monetary reason but simply because they have way too many midfielders. I don't see them selling Kroos.
