Paul Pogba

Oh please...

I know this is only natural on a forum like this; those who (for whatever reason) dislike the player in question will bash him needlessly and the fans will talk him up to no end. In the end most opinions will be way, way too polarised.
Really, he had a good half, but it was against a tiring Albanian side, and his teammates obviously stepped it up a tad as well. Talk about him being oh so special and nobody being able to influence a game like him ( ) is laughable when based on 45 mins against a distinctly avarage Albanian side.

Dislaimer: yes, I would love to see him at Barça, but let's calm down just a tad.

Messi has trained normally for weeks now. No reason for him not to start. France are playing Albania who they clearly underestimated, so they thought they could rest Pogba for the harder games to come.
But they subbed their best man on as soon as they could when they started to struggle. After he came on, the game has changed completely. Nobody can influence a game like him.

Has nothing to do with resting him, it's more tactical. This article can explain why Pogba is not good so far in Euro

I'm still not that impressed with his performance in the past two games.

I thought he played well when came on and was one of the players that had the balls to go and try and make things happen.

Lost his footing a few times but he made a difference for them in 2nd half.

Lol I don't know what game you guys were watching. He was just fair after being subbed on and nothing to rave on about. Albeit the entire French team looks bang on average, but still...

You want to see a midfielder bossing the Euros, go watch Iniesta. That is the gold standard of the Euros so far.

Yea, wasn't impressed one bit by Pogba this half.

This tournament is the most open i remember. Germany and france aren't that much ahead of the rest.

A decent ball to Gignac in the build-up for the 2nd goal, but he's been struggling.

Though France better with him and Griezmann in the team than not in it, that's for sure.

Pogba was playing with olive oil on his boots and looked no more impressive than any of the other midfielders. He's great and capable of the exceptional, but not exceptional like an Iniesta, Xavi or Messi.

Still so overrated. He is a good player who has the ability to do something special but nowhere near the midfield genius some people make him out to be. Payet was more impressive, again.
I don't get what so many people see in him but then again Hazard was compared to Messi as well.

If he is worth 100M, then how much are Iniesta and Busquets worth?
