Everybody's saying how they hope Tata brings out the best in Sanchez, but nobody hopes he'll bring back the best in Pedro? Blind hate. Seems that being anti-Masia is the trend now.

You, of all people, are talking about blind hate? Oh, the irony...

We hope coz Tata is an expert with South-American players. Pedro is European.

It's a joke that some people have more faith in someone that has NEVER been good for us over someone that had 2 great seasons and AlWAYS performs better in important matches.

And before someone says ''stop living in the past'', I'm not. I know Pedro hasn't exactly been good the last two seasons, but so hasn't Sanchez (scoring against shitty teams last season where the league was pracitically over since the first half of the season is irrelevant).

So, yeah. Of course I'm gonna trust the one that showed us he can be great more than the one that never did.

Seems that being anti-Masia is the trend now.
Indeed.

I hope Tata brings back the best in both :D
That would be a dream. All forwards playing well, giving Tata a hard time on whom to pick... I better come back to earth :p

What's this absurd notion that being anti-masia is suddenly a trend?

Is it because a segment of the forum is angry and dissapointed with Thiago? The player whom most people in here thought would have the patience and loyalty to become the heir of Xavi, and instead abandoned ship for greener pastures, because his feelings for the club weren't as strong as we had hoped?

Or is it because some of the users here dares to prefer Alexis over Pedro? Two players who have arguably been equally off form for the last two seasons, and some prefer one over the other?

Ridiculous...

Pedro is easily worth 20M, especially that players like Callejon went for 10M!
Pedro had a great season with Spain, scoring 11 goals and providing 2 assists!
If he plays in another Liga team with more freedom he'll score more goals!

Next season at Barca, he needs to have more confidence and take more attempts...

How can a forward who has done nothing of worth for the past 2,5 years easily be worth 20m?

Living in the past is exactly what you are doing when you bring up the 2 good seasons that he had years ago. That if something is irrelevant because what matters is today, what matters is now and atm Sanchez is better and more productive.

And lol at "scoring when league was over". How great to take away his performances just to make another certain player to look better. Sanchez is better, deal with it.

They are both equal players based on current form and performance and i bet sanchez had more chance to score than pedro this season.when they are both on form pedro is a better goalscorer than sanchez and has scored more career goals than him.

Well, him bringing out the best in either of the two is fine by me.

Nobody is better than the other, they are both equal on the fact that they are bad.Saying what they might do IF they play good is not enough..

Pedro getting #7 means we will be stuck with him for a looooong time. FML

PS: Don't see at what club he could really fit elsewhere, just seems Barca-bound in some way.

Hahaha there is no way that someone in their right state of mind would pay more than 10m for him. And he is less worth than that.
Why do you cosnider him being worth 20m?

Why do you consider him being worth less than 10m? Random players like Gameiro go for 10.
Next time somebody complains about us selling a player under their value I'll redirect them to this thread.
