Did I read it correctly? They really can't register a new player for a whole year now?

They're going to appeal to CAS, like Barca did. If that fails, yes, they can't register a player until January 2018.

I think they won't be able to register a player until January 2018. But I guess they can still do transfers like we did with Arda?

Also this means they can still sell players right? I hope they can sell James, but it is unlikely now.

Interesting. Their appeal would have to be for the winter transfer window, then. I'll believe it when the sanction is official.

Hmmm, any idea when the CAS will likely make a decision? I guess the best case scenario for them is that they might still be able to make transfers in January 2017?
