Some people actually believe he will try to sign Neymar

Only players he would go after are like Thiago who we dont want.

Neymar was his desired prize signing before beginning Bayern. They met in NYC but Neymar spoke of barca.

Pep's supposedly wanted 11, by sport:

Alaba and Verratti won't happen.

If he can't secure Bravo, think he would go after Stegen? Stegen is a vulnerable target IMO

Verratti and Pogba. Yeah sure. But could see Pogba moving there with our interest dying. We are not selling Bravo. Laporte and Stones also won't happen plus doesnt make sense. He will go for either of them maybe. And so will barca. Bayern won't sell Alaba. Silly rumors.

Is it just me or are the most gripe one's over here the United followers?

What option did he have left in EPL?

United? Pffft please. They are a mammoth task to handle atm and the english media wouldnt let him breath.

Chelsea? Dont even get me started.

Spurs? LMAO.

It wasnt even surprising. It a definite move kept on the cards ever since Mancini for City.

His Highness Sheikh Mansour is not joking around. The sooner everyone understands that, the better.

Myself, i would wish him the best to hope and replicate something close to what he did with our team.

All the best Pep!

Why as a Barca fan would you wish him to replicate his success at City?

Are you a Pep fan more than a Barca fan?

I wish him mediocrity.

Well, it would be fair to say i am biased with City when it comes to EPL. But nawh, you and i both know he is going to certainly build a formidable side there.

Only thing remaining now is Mou to United, and then it's game on.

Any success similar to his time at Barca would not be good for Barca.

There are going to be people gushing over Man City and hoping for them to win just like there was with Bayern. I cant relate to that at all.

Why not JamDav? I mean let's be honest, EPL teams are not going to dominate the Big three any time soon, but hey, if he can do it, why the hell not? That'd be a massive achievement in itself.

So replicating his domestic success not European?

I dont want him to be a success in europe as he is a rival. I dont care about Pep winning any more or less than any other manager.

Wanting him to win CL etc...not for me. Support a club not a manager.

Barca 2011-12, while on a decline and with some motivation problems, was still the best team in the world in my book. Bayern was the best in the following year, and both Madrid teams in 2013-14, maybe with a slight edge for Real because of the CL. We again in 2014-15.

1. Real Madrid finished 3rd place in La Liga during the 2013-14 season.

2. They played against Dortmund with several key players unavailable and Madrid would've been eliminated from the tournament if it wasn't for Missitaryan.

3. Madrid manage to reach the final only because of Pep's naive tactic.

4. Real Madrid would've lost the final if it wasn't for Ramos header in the injury time.

So no, Real Madrid wasn't the best team in the world due to CL nor even La Liga.
