Philippe Coutinho

This has to be the worst signing in Barca history. Humongous transfer fee and absurd wages and almost zero contribution on the pitch. Coutinho also seems happy to rot on the bench so it's very difficult for the club to get back any money for him.

Is Bartomeu really that scared to force some of these players out? Rakitic, Coutinho, Umtiti, Busquets and other players here feel wayyyy too comfortable and they dont want to leave because they know no matter how shit they play, they'll always be here. So after the Anfield disaster nothing will change. Literally nothing except buying other players and expecting them to perform some miracles.

I dont care how Barca will look like but we need to start forcing these players out asap. Its the only way they will leave. You dont want to leave? Fine, we'll leave you out of the squad list before every game then.

we paid 160 mil for him and he has ridiculous wages , at that time with coutinho in the team , barca was better than liverpool on paper at least. He is a complete flop . We paid a record ammount for him , really big wages , either he performs like he should or gtfo.

Am I spoiled to want people who are up to task at barca and not flops ? He scored 5 goals all season in La Liga. And yea, this is not how things work in real world. In real world if someone pays 160 mil and gives you high wages but in the end you are shit , you get out / fired . Instead Barca is a cuck club.

Well who forced us to pay that amount? We gave him a contract, we used him as a winger despite the fact he is not a winger and now we would like to get rid of him. I also don't get why are you mentioning his goalscoring capabilities all of the time. He was never a goal scorer! He was brought here as Iniesta replacement, even Roberto Fernandez said that. Problem is Valverde decided that he should play on the wing. In the end he has a contract so this agreement has to be mutual or he won't go. Simple as that. Maybe he wants to go to PSG or maybe he just doesn't like Tottenham. In the end it doesn't matters because you can't force him to go.

Same goes for Rakitic, we turned a 90 mill offer for him last summer and some of you want him to go to Everton this summer. Yeah right. He is not an idiot. Contract is something that goes both ways you know. Either we'll find a solution that satisfies both sides or those players won't leave. Bale is doing the exactly same thing to Madrid.

Doesn’t matter. Let him stay. With the way he reacted after the booing last season, it’s going to be a real pleasure seeing that regret in his eyes for not leaving in the summer when the Camp Nou really loses its patience.

biggest flop in history. sadly this will probably destroy any chance of Neymar returning but i guess its something to celebrate right? i mean, Neymar to Madrid seems to be what cules want

Why surprised? This guy is stubborn as hell. Look at the way he forced a move from pool to us.

Not sure whats his plan. Staying? Moving permantly to a bigger club than arsenal and tottenham?

Whatever his plan is i think we wont like it

You can't force players to leave as they have a contract.

But you could make their situation uncomfortable by telling them they will play very little this season as they will be down the pecking order or even in the stands. It happened to Arda when Valverde got here and even he realized that he needed to go.

Spurs always do this at the end of the transfer window. Linked with 4 world class players ( on paper ) then end up with none of them and get someone from the Championship instead. Sessegnon this year it is.

We can't push him out, his situation has more to do with an incompetent manager we have. However, playing in London for a team that plays beautiful football, compete with City and Liverpool for EPL title and reached UCL final is a pretty good opportunity to turn down.

Now we have FDJ in midfield I’m hoping that the whole team will raise their game accordingly... despite the input of flamin Valverde.

I’m assuming that Valverde doesn’t install FDJ as our default left back of course
