giving up on players we bought with money we got from his sale not to mention Coutinho and Dembele forced their move here as much as they could and now as a reward they are being benched and thrown out?! I AM ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSED TO BE A BARCA FAN THESE DAYS.

Sup dawg , this could go both ways.

Coutinho : We did everything we could financially and finally got him for a record ( club wise ) 160 mil and the 3rd most expensive signing in HISTORY. He then repayed us by turning into shit , scoring 5 ( 5!!!!!! ) goals in La Liga all season , in 34 (!) games. In CL he was shit , scored a goal against Manchester and celebrated dissrespectfully towards his ,,critics" who had all reasons to criticize him since he was a flop.

Dembele: We gave a huge effort financially and finally got him for 140 mil , or whatever it was . He wanted to repay us by having an unhealthy lifestyle which maybe was correlated to his half a season injuries last 2 seasons. He had no impact in big moments because he wasn't there due to his injuries. For all we know he might injure himself again half a season.

Dawg.

In Lucho we trust!
The problem with this rumour is that it doesn't stack up with Levy's strict wages structure. If he does go on loan, it really will be a one year loan as there is no possibility of Levy breaking the Spur's wage structure to sign Coutinho on a permanent contract. Therefore we are left with the reality that Coutinho will be back for the 20/21 season (unless he performs brilliantly and another club takes him on the back of that) which could have serious implications in regards to our finances and FFP obligations. This is assuming that Neymar does come in this summer.

We could potentially just be kicking this can down the road and will screw up next years summer transfer plans, which when you consider the age of our core players, will be more important than this year.

We should do the Madrid and Juve way and force some of these players out. Its so annoying how most Barca players feel so comfortable here that they refuse to leave despite them not making a difference to the club. Something has to change.

Speechless.

Well good for him! Why would he accept that? We lured him from much stronger team and now we want to ship him to Tottenham after 18 months. Why would he accept that? Only because Barca wants Neymar back? None of you would so stop being pricks. Some spoiled people here think that every player should accept whatever Barca throws in front of them. Well guess what, this is not how things work in the real world.

There is no future for Coutinho at Barcelona. If he genuinely cared about making the most out of his career, he wouldn't stay.

His wages are high. He knows he will barely play with Griezmann, Messi, Suarez and Dembele here. He has a chance to play much more minutes under a superior manager in a team that plays in the CL and is fighting for the PL title. Why would he not accept this?

That's on him to decide. If he doesn't want to go to Tottenham he shouldn't. Simple as that.

Maybe he doesn't want to go to England again. Maybe he likes to live in Spain, or maybe he thinks Barca fucked him so he decided not to bound. There could be a million reasons. I genuinely don't like how we treat player nowadays so I must admit this is a bit funny to me. Just look how we treated Malcom and now Coutinho. Some people in our board thing they are Gods so to them ruining a players career isn't a big deal but this thing will come around to hunt us when players start to refuse to come here. I honestly believe that effected De Ligt decision apart from the money argument.

If the report is true, it is a really stupid move for him. He should leave for his own benefit, he doesn't have a future here.

But I guess this means no Neymar then.

we paid 160 mil for him and he has ridiculous wages , at that time with coutinho in the team , barca was better than liverpool on paper at least. He is a complete flop . We paid a record ammount for him , really big wages , either he performs like he should or gtfo.

Am I spoiled to want people who are up to task at barca and not flops ? He scored 5 goals all season in La Liga. And yea, this is not how things work in real world. In real world if someone pays 160 mil and gives you high wages but in the end you are shit , you get out / fired . Instead Barca is a cuck club.
