Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

What? No way. Morata over this fool anyday. He is drama.

He's a personality that needs managing, a poor manager like Arteta can't do that. I've long thought that he'd be a good signing for Barca and he's been desperate for a La Liga move for ages so you'd know he give it everything. He was one the best forwards in Europe not so long ago.

Might not be bad. Adama and Auba in attack. We are turning into counter attacking team, which would be better then watching half of the frauds playing tiki - taka.

There is no worse football, then bad possesion football team.

Would be fantastic if Xavi would go Lucho style and implement possesion and counter football but sadly I highly doubt he'll do so since he's a hardcore cruyffist.

Those days are not coming back. He is 32. Pretty sure he wasn't desperate cause he chose arsenal over Barca back then.

Barcelona are in advanced talks with Arsenal over the loan signing of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

The two clubs have not agreed the deal yet, but there is increased confidence it can be completed before the transfer window closes on Monday night.

looks like this might actually happen, only issue seems to be wages. Theyll probably figure something out.

Reports that there won't be neither an obligation nor option to buy. Simple straight up loan. I'm more than fine with that. Even though he's declined pretty badly, he can still be a great player, even a game winner on his good days. We need as much help as we can get to reach that top 4, and Auba really needs a break from Arsenal (and Arteta specifically) to rediscover his form. Hopefully Xavi can help him find it (same with Adama). Seems like a win-win situation. Very sensible deals from us this transfer window, so refreshing to have someone like Alemany making the decisions, who actually knows what he's doing and is having the club's best interest at heart. Making room (especially in the financial sense) for the summer, when the real rebuild is set to begin, but reinforcing the team at the same time for this season.

The only reason we might get him on loan with no obligation to buy is that even Arsenal is better off without him.

We're going for too many has beens / never beens hoping they discover their hidden talent or experience new youth.

Both cases take a miracle and you end up with waste.

Oh well

Its a punt from Barca at next to no cost that he can come in and be better than likes of Depay/Jutgla/Braithwaite/LDJ etc.

The club are not in love with Auba and thinking he is the future.

Got to accept what room board have at moment to try and improve things really.

lol they are doing everything they can to scrap that top 4 finish.

The real catastrophe will be if Barca miss out on a CL spot next season.

Our presumed atttack for the season as of July: Messi, Griexmann, Fati, Dembele, Braithwaite, Aguero, Memphis

Our actual attack for the second half of the season: Ferran Torres, Braithwaite, Luuk de Jong, Adama Traore, Aubameyang, Memphis

Stunning turnover
