Player that surprised you positively this season

Undoubtedly Pedro, watching pre-season I thought Jeffren is better than Pedro and he's not Barca material at all!!

Next spot is Milito's for sure

Third spot should be Ibra's... He seemed to have settled well with the squad in the first half of the season, the chemistry he seemed to have had with Messi; it really surprised me because I felt he'd need time to gel with the team & stuff. And coming into the second half of the season, he again surprised me by being so out of place!!

And Maxwell didn't surprise me at all, I knew he was quality but only didn't like the idea of having a 27year old to be the understudy for our 29year old starter... the only surprise he provided was the fabulous display he demonstrated when played at RFB position!!

Since my command of the English language is obviously far superior to yours, I was finding it hard to understand the content of the post and not the letters and words that made up the content, smart arse.

"Best Surprise"? What are you, a little girl? "Best addition to the squad?" That's not even being asked in this poll...So..explain!

1. This thread will probably be used to validate the pre-season predictions but the question was slightly different; perhaps even biased.
2. Valdes surprised me and many other for not making stupid mistakes like he used to do every season

This is an easy poll really....Pedrito! far & away the easy choice...I'd actually rate Milito above Maxwell, tbh, after...I really thought Gaby's career was over and Maxwell provided terrific cover in Eric's absence

I knew pedro was a goalpoacher and had many a discussion with maz in pre-season to that effect. I have been surprised with just how good he has been, for sure, but milito has been damn miraculous. I mean I thought he was FINISHED. and not only has he come back but he looks like he's never been away!

about maxwell i was in doubt about what he does in barca .. only recently he really remarkable for the better!

Abidal did a great first half of the season before getting injured -> a player I wanted replaced. So glad he wasen't.
Then our 4 million signing, Maxwell, comes in and plays like he's born in Catalunya.

Pedro. Nothing shocking about Milito, he has always been a fantastic defender. I was always anti-selling him on here when most wanted him sold off to Inter or Genoa whenever a rumour surfaced.

I have to go Pedrito, seen as he's been such a major influence this season. Brilliant return which was needed given Henry's shitness. Milito is close behind, what a return from injury. Absolutely brilliant from a career threatening injury, so good to see him back.

Both Maxwell and Abidal surprised as well. Abidal before his injury was one of our best players of the season, really consistent after some pretty dodgy moments last season. Maxwell House looked really bad early on but stepped up superbly in Abi's absence.
