Player that surprised you positively this season

Pedro and Milito were close for me. I chose Gaby because after he never returned last season I thought he was going to have an injury plagued end of his career.

Pedro had an amazing break out season... but that is because he is talented and seamlessly fits into our system. Gaby overcame something which has haunted so many top class athletes. What Gaby did is much harder to accomplish than what Pedro did

Maxwell for me. I wasn't sceptical about his signing, but I didn't expect him to fit in so quickly. He's been a great addition to the squad.

As for milito, I'm just glad he is back to fitness. I felt so sorry seeing the guy out in the stand every game.

And I've always had faith in pedro. I think he will surprise me if he becomes a world class player, one who can win a game for his national team, but I've always said he will be a very useful player once he learnt to do more with the ball.

Pedro doing well was no surprise. He had already shown glimpses of greatness here and there, it was only a matter of time before he became an important part of the first team. Its as if Thiago got promoted to the first team and had a great season next year. It'd be great but surprising? not really.

For me, it would have to be Milito. His injury could've been a career killer. The fact that he's as good as he is after 19 months on the sideline is a pleasant surprise.

I'm surprised positively from all the new players..
-But I got surprised a lot with Maxwell. He's in my heart..I love his last games,perfect assists,dribles,skills etj.

Pedrito was fantastic in season 2008/09 also,and we will wait too much from Pedro..he's talent.

Pedro surprised me the most, though Milito is obviously worth mentioning too. Maxwell is just like I expected: offensively great, defensively average.

Pedro, Maxwell has but Pedro has risen sooo much this season, really did not expect and now he might even go to the WC and he should he deserves it.
