Is there a rule that Barcelona are not allowed to play with a true 9 ever? Eto'o would still have been very useful as a sub just ahead of Messi.

There is no rule to that but there's also no rule that Barça are never allowed to play like a Premier League team; still, we're Barça, not Stoke... our style of play works best with a false 9 and a true striker should only be considered as an instrument for tactical variation - a role which Eto'o probably wouldn't have accepted when being confronted with the decision of playing a single-digit amount of games at Barça versus being a starter at Chelsea.

Another game without Kagawa at CAM. Another game where people blame the wingers for the loss. It can't be the players at this point. It's really sad that Moyes wants them to play the old English way when the obvious problem is the middle of the pitch. As good as Januzaj is, he's just not a CAM. It showed last game. It showed again today. Then again, this is Chelsea though

I think kagawa would've made a big difference today because we did have possession in the final third but had no one to play that killer pass....
