Lemon curry?
I don't know what wages they are on so it's hard to say.

Doesn't really matter, Dortmund won't sell anyone this summer bar Gündogan. Reus' buy-out clause only kicks in next year, Bender and Hummels have contracts until 2019 and 2017 respectively, no buy-out clause. Perhaps next year.

United are now a project for the future which needs to be worked on for probably 2 seasons, a minimum of 1, before they are a real force again. You'll need to find a decent amount of good players to replace those who are aging and those who aren't good enough, and then you need to spend some good money for them as well as finding some bargains. One thing you can't do is buy too many in one window and then expect to do well just because you have a bunch of great players, too many new guys will cause many disjointed performances, so honestly I feel you need to spread your buys over a few transfer windows and semi-slowly bring in new guys and have them fit in to the style you'll be playing before buying the next lot. It's a really tough time for United but they'll be back, clearly. All top sides go through shithouse times, I mean shit, we finished 6th 2 years ago(despite fluking a CL victory! First time I shed any kind of tears for a sport) and now we're looking like the favourites for the title. So as bad as things are all you can do is be patient, keep the temperament in check and look to the future. I hate United but I do want them to get back to being title challengers, it's more fun that way and adds spice to our games. This season was the first time I didn't look forward to a game vs. United cause you guys are so far down, and the 3-1 win didn't feel all that satisfying, it brought a smile to my face by default but there wasn't much behind it. I want to bear your lot when you're something close to being as good as us!

That said, I'm really looking forward to Liverpool-Chelsea, it has the potential to be a ridiculous game.

After the last few months im pretty confident in that no matter who we bring in, it wont make any difference especially after seeing how we completely ignore Mata unless hes in our own half. Even if they are unrealistic, imagine bloody Gundogan or Vidal spraying passes out wide to Mata or Januzaj to cross into the box. I dont know if its the pressure or expectation but Moyes seems like he his scared to change things.

Well it's his first season at a club of the magnitude of Manchester United, he could do a lot better next season when he's not so overawed, as well as having better players at his disposal. But he's going to need to work, and do better with chasing transfer targets. He dithers too much. I mean, I know it's a loooong time ago, a time where there wasn't so much pressure to get immediate results or you're sacked after 6 months, but didn't Fergie finish rather close to the bottom in his first season? I really don't see that kind of majestic potential in Moyes but if he's given time he could do well, at the same time if he fails it'll be a big waste of several years. The club do need to give him another season though.

Yeah Sir Alex did struggle, and some of the results are eerily similar to Moyes, though before Sir Alex came United was a shambles he rebuilt us from the ground up. Sir Alex never had the resources Moyes has. I do not advocate sacking Moyes until atleast the end of next season, so i agree there a year at minimum. The problem though is that there isn't any sign of improvement, in fact we have been getting worse when historically we always perform better in the new year, will that year even help?

Yeah, it's up to the club to decide what to do. I guess if he's not doing well at a certain point next season, maybe past the halfway point, a year from now or so, then it may be a good idea to off him or give him to the end of next season if they are game enough. It depends on how much suffering the club can deal with in the end, after so much success, 2 horrid seasons could be too much to bear.

I hadn't checked out the dates for the latest fixtures, expected there to be nothing until City on the weekend in the FA Cup, but a Chelsea game tonight, score! I expect to see a few changes to the squad, hopefully Salah starts, he looks fairly decent when he came on against Newcastle, could have nabbed a goal too.
