Can someone help me understand why English football is so popular when it produces such a mediocre on field product? For a team with the talent of Chelsea to play the way they do makes no sense to me.

Yeah, he was pretty solid. Mou did the right think taking him off, Coutinho started getting the better of him after he was shackled by RLC pretty decently in the first half.

Read Gerrard's interview, he dissed out the Chelsea fans and pretty much played down their ovation because we gave him shit every other time. Well what do you expect? We're not going to like you when you're playing against us, and we still don't, but we'll give you the ovation you deserve because you're leaving. I don't have a problem with him dissing us though, being Liverpool captain and all.
