Doesn't Leicester look like a poorer, british version of Atletico Madrid?

Exepct that Atleti weren't close from being relegated from La Liga.

Also, several of of Atlético players (Arda, Godín, Courtois and Juanfran to name a few) were already world class but underrated before they won La Liga.

If Leicester actually win the PL, it'll be much more impressive feat from their side.

Im cool with anyone becoming champion in the epl except City or Chelsea.
Love seeing them ripped apart like this, go spend another 200 mil, losers.

So what about Manchester United?

They're aren't much better than City & Chelsea in term of wasting money...

Definitely, it would be like getafe winning la liga. Except ep top teams are way weaker than Barca/Madrid so with that in mind it would be more like Celta winning it.

"If" they win it, I think it will be comparable.

Atletico's title victory was also accompanied by an equally epic run to the CL final, which they came a few seconds away from winning as well, if not for an absolutely outrageous header by Sergio Ramos.

Look, winning the PL, which boasts several very good teams (and many other competent ones) with having at your disposal only an average (or maybe a bit less than average) budget is awesome. But Leicester have been concentrating their "all" on league games. Atleti, had to overcome two super-star filled footballing monsters over the course of 38 games, plus finish top of their CL group, then eliminate AC Milan, FC Barcelona, Chelsea. That was something!

Exactly, they suck even worse. Im dissapointed in United fans being al desperate for Mourinho while loathing him for years just cause they missed out on Pep.
If they hate Van Gaal they will hate Mourinho's stye as well just because they might win something they throw verything the club ha s stood for for decades with Ferguson over board.
Therefore I dont even mind van Gaal winning the epl this season just to spite their fans who lack honour and selfrespect.

It's hilarious watching LC dominate the EPL by playing simple, sound, counter attacking football with 2nd & 3rd tier players. Over a billion spent on transfers the last few years and the leagues best players are Riyad Mahrez, Dimitri Payet, and Jamie Vardy. :worthy:

Pep is going to have a lot of work on his hands

All the money City has spent over the last 8 years and all they have to show for it is KDB & Aguero. Beyond those two, I don't think anyone else on their roster could cut it at Europe's top clubs.

The mystic around Pep is going to come crashing down around him.

And you guys all mocked my lobbying for Huth few years ago... :mou:

This Vardy is... incredible. Fast, agyle, with good technique, strong, good in the air, great shooter, good dribbler, inexaustable... best player in PL IMO.
