It's okay. Managers truly don't matter. That's why Leicester are top of the Premier League, because of players like Vardy, Drinkwater or Robert Huth who are miles above the others. Real Madrid, on the other hand, are having a mediocre season because of a squad that is more comparable to Man United than to proper teams like Bayern or Lester. Their humiliation at home against Messi-less Barca would've happened regardless of the manager. It's simple. Logic checks out.
