Currently the italian league is stronger than the EPL.

It is a testament to the poor quality of the EPL that crap sides like Watford and Leicester enjoy such success.

We're so poor, both Manc teams are so poor, Spurs draw more than they win, Everton are everton, it's unbelieveable against a Championship side like Watford. Same with Leicester. The PL is slowly losing it's glory. It's hard to argue it's even top 4 in Europe.

They surely are top 4,but a lot of negatives of epl are taken as positives.Big epl teams lose everyday to bad teams, even 2nd division sides in the fa cup etc but its considered because epl is too competitive. Its losing its glory of the previous years but its still easily a top 4 league.

Honestly it's ridiculous the hate the PL gets and these posts in here debating how shit it is should be removed and the posters given a warning. Would be done instantly if it was said about La Liga. It's a weak season (top clubs wise) and needs Guardiola to inject consistent brilliance into it which I guess we will see soon, but 4 pages of saying it's shit? wtf man!

You are imagining things.

Read back and I have said from the start I am not interested in 100 years of history but recent times. I am not going to quote that every sentence ffs and clearly have been talking about recent seasons when saying they have won more.

Last season Serie A finished with a 6pt advantage over the EPL. It doesn't get more recent until the end of the current season, and that's some time away.

2010 - 2015 is six seasons I am afraid. We can argue what current means but Uefa base it on five whole seasons.

5 years ago isn't recent, but it does cover the period of time I referred to as Italy's fall. I don't understanding why you continue repeating "current" when you seemingly have no understanding of the term.

You are just deflecting the argument back to history as you know you are on to a loser with the CURRENT debate.

I repeat, in the 14-15 season, Italy finished with a 6pt advantage over the English. Currently, the latter is under threat of losing their 4th UCL spot to the former.

Lets keep it simple. What do you want this debate to be decided on by end of season?

I don't know what you're asking.

Coefficient rankings? Or one off co efficient seasons?

Neither is necessary to come to the conclusion that the Serie A is recovering from its temporary fall and has therefore resumed playing better football than the EPL. We could instead look at the fact that Leicester sits atop the table while being lead by two young players from Ligue 2 and a mediocre ST, while Watford and Crystal Palace are competing for European qualification.
