I think Steigen has improved under Valverds time but we have goalie coach for that.

Seriously, I can't think anyone else. Of course we had old roster too but he didn't improve any player!

Lenglet? Even his improved has stopped now.

I truly dont see how anyone can beat this Liverpool side in the PL. The only one I can see doing so is Pep but they meet him in April and by then I think they will have already be leading them by a lot more than they are now. Props to them and Klopp for developing this team into the best team in the world rn.

As for the CL, anything can happen but I wouldnt be surprised if they win it again.

It's tough to see any team beating them over 2 legs. They will run over your team.

it is astonishing how some people mis-interpret the club - they see that Liverpool has won the CL and is currently one if not the best club in - and thus 80% of their players must be outstanding/worldclass.

I do not agree ... These players developed in Liverpool, they form together a great team. Mane in Salzburg was good but nothing more... otherwise real, inter, juve, bayern, psg would have bought him - no southhampton was his next step before moving to Pool

Alision (coming from Roma), Salah (also from Roma), Firminho (Hoffenheim .de), VVD (Southhampton), Oxley-Chamber (Arsenal), Fabhinho (Monaco), Keita (Leipzig), Robertson (Hull), Wijnaldum (Newcastle), Millner (ManCity) , Henderson (Coventry), Matip (Schalke)

So the majority came from good/OK clubs - but they did no come as "top stars".
So my conclusion is they formed an excellent team - but I do not see them as individual excellent world class players (except mo, mane, vvd, alison)

Now 7 of the Liverpool players are in the BallonDor top 30 probably their "equipment manager" is also best in the world because of the CL win. hahaha

Klopp is more important to the team then any player on the field - they would not be near as successful without Klopp.

By the same logic, Alves came from Bahia, Iniesta came from Albacete, Eto'o came from Mallorca, Messi came from Newell's, Villa came from Gijon, Griez came from Sociedad etc etc etc.

No
He’s made good players amazing and average players brilliant ..

Valverde has done the exact opposite and it’s actually scary to think that our board can’t see what’s happening

How can you make good players amazing and average players brilliant? Please explain. What you can do, is to locate them in the market and this is where scouting and careful, objective analysis is required.

PL fans saying for years LaLiga was one sided.

I can't believe this is #1 vs #2. Garbage match.

Leicester is piss poor in their home game. They are playing like Barca at Anfield and Rome. That fucking bad.

"Sunny SPL" is what they kept saying. What about "Cloudy Ligue 1"?

Statement win by Liverpool.

Leading up to the game, some media were trying to insist that a Leicester victory of Liverpool would re-ignite the title race (although talk was dampened after Leicester's loss to City).

Seems like Liverpool heard that BS from the media and silenced all of them. The team can absolutely turn it on and play like a well-oiled machine.

Guess some people need that 3rd bottle job to really let it sink in how garbage Valverde is.

Some people are still extremely salty and delusional to acknowledge these are possibly the 2 biggest consecutive bottlejobs who were also laughing at PSG then.
