They are having a blip after a massive unbeaten run. That happened to us too after that unbeaten run with Lucho. We lost alot of games after that and just edged Madrid.

They will regain form at Anfield and destroy Pathetico.

People are sleeping on the top4 race I think in the light of waiting for Liverpool title announcement since they need to only win about 3 games to mathematically secure it?

3rd - Leicester, 50 pts, 28 games
4th - Chelsea, 45 pts, 28 games
5th - Wolves, 43, 29
6th - Sheffield, 43, 29
7th - United, 42, 28
8th - Spurs, 41, 29
9th - Arsenal, 40, 28
10th - Burnley, 39, 29
11th - Crystal Palace, 39, 29

Gap between 4th and 11th quite narrow.

Jose 'choked' another big game vs Burnley today, having narrowly lost two previous games to top4 contenders in Wolves and Chelsea, but it's kind of true they are battered with injuries to two of their best scorers and others carrying knocks.

Arsenal seem to be making a big surge back into the race. They haven't lose a league game since December and their forwards in Aubameyang, Lacazette & Nketiah have been dragging them up the table. Defense still suspect at best, but being top heavy might actually help them collect the necessary wins.

Tracking United could be interesting. De Gea is full on depression state at this point and really should not play for Spain anymore. That goal vs Everton was horrific. Somehow their forwards have been pretty good recently as well. Other than losing to teams obviously better than them and an occasional stumble, they've won everything they should have won and then some.

Leicester have had a terrible spring since that 0-4 to Liverpool and are likely to drop out, and finish 6-7th if they don't start grinding wins.

Sheffield impressive as ever. Aside the start of the season period, they've only lost to City, Liverpool and one 0-1 to Newcastle in December. They're really, really good away. Almost better than at home.

Wolfe, you're losing with Mourinho mate, you predicted he'd do very well for Spurs...

3 months into the job and he's lost his main guns to bad injuries while the rest are injured on and off. Main job now is to make sure he's in any European competition next year. Let's see next season depending what they do in the summer.

For the first time ever Kane is signalling that he wants to leave. It's not looking good for Spurs. Mourinho was always going to be a terrible choice. I have no idea what they thought was going to happen.

It made some sense, but there were certainly conditions on its success. The mass exodus feelings were there since 2018 when players knew their contracts would be running short the following summer. In that sense Mourinho's job is to make his project attractive to new quality signings that will make the 'new challenge' mindset seem unnecessary for those already present.

Results themselves are not bad at all, they are 3-6 points away from top4 despite bad start to the season. José must now be able to persevere and make next season look like a real task. If I were him I'd discourage moves to certain teams for Kane or Son rather than convincing them of the value of staying.

It does seem like it's not going to happen though. A lot of young guys want to be coached by someone more relatable like Klopp, Lampard, Southgate, Zidane..

They should have just let Pochettino rebuild the team. When they inevitably fire Mourinho I don't see them getting a better manager.
