Liverpool look to be in freefall. Could turn into a Dortmund for Klopp rather quickly at this rate.
Will be really interesting if they don't catch top 4. There's a risk of that happening looking at how things go in EPL.

If anything, this just shows how stupid it is to expect anything but a blowout in top level competition playing the same players 3-4-5+ years (whatever your definition of a cycle is). Age, attrition, complacency, injuries ensure against this.
Some of our starters like Messi, Pique and Busquets were dominating CL in 2008. Imagine thinking that they could still do a job in the CL KO in 2021.
Yea, I've come to a full understanding of how cyclic things are, especially when we talk about the really top tier clubs. They all take turns. The only club to have found a recipe to win even with not so great teams is Madrid.
They have the weight of history in their favor, even when they don't have great teams.
Teams shit their pants against them in the CL more often than not because it's Real Madrid. Lads were known as the Vikings in the 1950s because they destroyed clubs all over Europe in the CL.
Barca also has the weight of history lately, but it's in the opposite direction. Teams know we will fold (at least this group of players) and they've known this since Anfield where it didn't even take Salah + Firmino to make us implode.
Yea, Madrid would be the Lannisters. We'd be Starks.
Juve/Atletico are Boltons for sure.
These comparisons. My god
Barcelona with their victimhood complex could be Dorne at best
Starks won against the Lannisters. Which is how Barcelona v RM usually goes.
