City are very suspect defensively. Honestly pretty lucky this game, scored only 2 from open play. Two penalties, two corners.

Arsenal look fantastic now with all their young talents.

5-0 away to Norwich. I think Arsenal can steal 4th place from United and Spurs.

The Boxing Day games are always mental because everyone knows a bad performance will be forgiven, so teams just go for it.

In 2 years Arsenal can win the league if their players keep developing at insane rates.

Saka
Martinelli
Smith Rowe
Odengaard
Tierney
Gabriel
White
Tomiyasu
Lokonga
Ramsdale..

All fantastic players and all 24 and under

No chance. They were taken to the cleaners by Liverpool a few weeks ago, 5-0, and even beaten by this chaotic United side. Lost nearly all big games this season.

0-5 vs City, 0-5 vs Liverpool, 0-2 vs Chelsea, 2-3 vs United. 2 - 15 goal difference, 0 wins, 4 losses against CL teams from Premier League.

A lot can happen in two years.

In two years Klopp and Pep probably both gone. Salah probably gone or way past prime, same for a lot of Pool players like Mane and Van Dijk. Arsenal's talents in two years can develop a tonne.

It's such a shame he's sabotaged himself in the CL with Bayern and lately with City (last season in the final v Chelsea).

Man is insanely dominant domestically, and he would already be far and away the greatest manager of all time if he had 1 or 2 more CLs to his name. Still is top 5 easy.

One has to have an overwhelming force of personality to make every player they come across (i.e the non-technically gifted aliens like Messi, Xavi, Iniesta) to play his way. I was really hoping Xavi would be this way but so far, he hasn't even managed to rein in our seniors.

Pep is class, pure class. With Bayern its a difficult case as he took a tea which won the treble and of course the motivation to win the cl again in next years is a lot less. With City yeah he had some crap defeats but im sure he will win a cl soon, maybe this year.

City score 6 and gain 3 points, going 6 points clear in EPL.

Boxing Day games can be bizarre. Early in the second half this was. Well done Leicester for the fight back. But that woke City up, and they ran out clear winners. You are not pretty lucky when you score 6.

Thank you Pep.

Don't think Guardiola sabotaged CL. Luck just didn't swing in his favour. In another universe with worse coaching done by Guardiola he likely managed to win it with Bayern and Man City.
CL has been won by less than impressive tactically coached teams.

Damn, Chelsea -9 currently. One month ago they were at +3. Crazy...

If they lose vs Liverpool they could be fighting for top 4 more than the title .

Arsenal were playing Norwich, but it was away from home, and they did score goals. Calls for Arteta to be sacked are looking a touch premature.
