Not a good result for Liverpool.

Might have just been better to draw or lose and then turn all attention towards the two cup finals. City have a few defensive absences so they might have some problems against Wolves and West Ham. In the end, they will probably just draw one of them to give Liverpool false hope and bait them into taking the last two matches seriously before beating Villa comfortably on the last day.

Hopefully this doesn't take its toll when it comes to the Cl final.
