Arsenal should be a model for smart management. Some of their transfers in the last years were very very smart and well-planned.

Arteta looks like a future great manager as well.

How long as arteta been there now?
They spent big on some transfer's and a couple of them are finally paying off after a few bust.

Arteta was called "lego pep" for years. But he was given time to implement his vision.

For 2nd row clubs surely.

True, for clubs on low funds that can't sign the best players and have to adapt. So... exactly like us now.

Or like Liverpool were 8 years ago. Back in 2013 or 2014 nobody wanted to sign for Liverpool. Now most top players would go there.

Not really they've been average for years, finally got some decent players, mixed with Youth & it's showing.

Wasted 70m on the likes of pepe, that's not smart management, but these things happen.

Sure, they had their fair share of flops many years ago, but lately fewer and fewer.

I look at Saka and wish he was Fati. :lol:
