Seen replays on the pen incident and stand firmly that this was not a pen. Luis Diaz tries to protect the ball but he initiates the contact. To be a legit pen for tripping Diaz had to plant his leg first and the defender to slam into him. It was the opposite.

It was basically a failed attempt to protect the ball by Diaz. These situations are close, but in this one the defender has a case.
