I'm convinced that internally City know they're getting relegated. Something is off about them beyond the absentees.

Maybe Flick should notice how Liverpool switch between 2-3 setups during the same match. High line with a compact defense with all players almost facing the ball and using counter attacks.

Slot said in the post-match conference that the 'change' in the 2nd half wasn't his choice.
City pinned them lower in their box

There goes another stupidity uttered by the well-known cartwheeler-gloryhunters, and lately Hansi critics:
The 'pragmatism' argument

Oops...

Should have been 4-0 based on chances...

The most impressive thing is they didn't concede ANYTHING.
only 1 chance by KdB at the end after a blatant mistake,
and then there was NOTHING from city, not even visits in their box

Really impressive from Slot....

Impressive but this is the worst City teams in years. Very bad.

Form wise at least.

It helps that city plays with geriatric fullbacks and their defenders are generally way overrated. They have no CDM or anyone who can defend in midfield.

Old and average goalkeepers.

Only Walker is geriatric

problem is one: Rodri's absence
He was the cornerstone of the system and
he was always available. Look at how many games he missed for them the previous 2 seasons. Only a handful or so

This is what I've been thinking. Look like they can't be arsed and their heads are already thinking of next season.

That's the obvious, not sure what you're trying to argue here.

But it made their defenders an even bigger problem, they're all around 30, the goalkeepers also aren't the best. No world class players.

Haaland is also incredibly out of form, can't get past defenders like before.
