That's not really true, it can be but other coaches have got their ideas across quite quickly. Maresca, De Zerbi himself when he went to Brighton.

Amorim seems a good coach, but that club is unfixable and he needs to work miracles there. I will make a bet with you (if I am still here by then) that Amorim will be sacked by the time we bring in 2027.
