This suggests pure 4-3-3 with Malcom and Vidal on either wing. Very surprised to see Vidal included, since he's on the verge of leaving. Hopefully he doesn't get injured like Gomes so that his almost done transfer doesn't get canceled. Very stupid from Valverde to even take such a risk. Vidal's inclusion also means that we'll see Malcom on the left again most likely, which also makes us less dangerous.

Excited about that midfield though, will be interesting to see who gets to play the Busquets role, Arthur or Sergi Roberto. And nice to see Rafinha in the middle of the park too. Cucu getting the lineup call instead of Miranda this time. Anyway, all our 3 summer signings start, and with the tension between the clubs running high this match is not one to miss.

As for the match, hoping for no injuries, that we don't lose, and for Malcom to get in there and get himself a goal.

I think Valverde wants to test two things today: Malcom as LW, as he did in the last game, and Rafinha as CM. With that said, surprisingly, there aren't more players to play as RW.
