Doubt it, will have to pay 180M for Mpabbe and they need GK and midfielder more.
PSG biggest mistake was parting ways with Leonardo. They fail to understand what is key aspect of a succesfull project. Which is vision and strategic managment. You need not only a good coach but also exellent sporting staff.
We have also the same problem right now but thanks to Pep's heritage we can still compensate somehow. PSG is what our future could look like if rateface keep managing Barça.

Draxler wasn't happy with last summer purchases as he basically found himself with less playing time now,starting only 3 out of 8 games in CL and even in league he started 14 out of 25 games he was available. only 4 of them he played full 90 minutes.
I doubt that what he expected when he joined them a year ago and IIRC he expressed his disappointment b4
