Yeah Paris United is suppose to be tier 1 or so.

PSG is one of those clubs that despite the appearances of being a well run club, I wouldn't be in the slightest surprise if internally it's a bigger mess than people realize. They have the money a great Location in Paris and some good players but something about the club seems off.
