Rafinha Alcantara

Well, tbf, some of the criticism is fair enough. He should rotate when it makes sense, not just for the sake of it.

Of course it is, but I still feel that, no matter what decision he makes, fans will still find something wrong with it. If he'd played Rafinha today I guarantee some would have criticised him for that. Espanyol at home is usually a harder encounter than Almería away, what if he had played Rafinha and we wouldn't have won?

He could've come on as a sub and rested Xavi. He didnt have to start nor should he have.

Who cares? If he gets left out of action for 5+ consecutive games let's moan. He's 21, plenty of time left for him, this season or next. "Buhuuhu, why is Bartra not playing every game, why is Rafinha not playing". Wonder how you guys would have survived when Iniesta was 21, 9384983 times more talented than Rafinha and only getting 150 minutes more than Rafinha has at this point of the season, mostly because his Alcuntara genes don't allow him to stay injury-free, otherwise would have had the same minutes I reckon.

The calls for Bartra were valid given that Pique constantly fucked up.

Well he is the 4th coice central/attacking midfielder after Iniesta Rakitic Xavi, and at least 2 of them have been fit at the same time always, so it kinda makes sense not to have so many minutes. Xavi still has a lot to offer.

Dat flair and those lob passes. Ideal execution. If Montoya scored from his through ball as well...

I think his lob passes are third to Messi's and Iniesta's.
