Oh, well if he's out then Madrid have a fair problem then, given the way Valencia have been playing. That said, at the Bernabeu, with Mourinho and Madrid needing to bounce back, and Valencia's choking syndrome, still gonna predict a Madrid win.

Lol tbh judging by this season, Villa is the ultimate offside machine. But that's largely down to his enthusiasm in going too early, Benzema's just too lazy to get his ass back onside.

I suppose Villa's been caught offside a lot, but then, it's mostly because of the ridiculous amount of times that we attack. Benzema is the offside king in the sense that he literally breaks up his own team's rhythm and messes everything up by lacking any sense of the offside trap. Villa will get caught offside a lot, but that's because Barca squeeze teams into a tiny space where there's a large probability of him not being on. Or else he'd be bumping into Iniesta
But when he gives away an offside, not that he doesn't break up our attacks, but more often than not, we'll have the ball back within 30 seconds and he'll be working hard again.

I wouldn't say he was the best, because he did as bad as our defence in general (although no-one did worse than Ramos), I'd say he played on a steadily low level. 10 successful tackles, but not enough cooperation with his teammates etc. He was one of those who don't deserve to get shit thrown over them, the other two for me would be Benzema and Lass.

As far as Benzema goes, Beast, I don't fully understand your crusade against Karim. I know he had a bad game, the whole team did, but you spreading filth about him is weird. I would say he was one of those players who actually tried to do something upfront and tried to connect with midfield by helping out, he didn't have too much success at that because it's Barca and he clearly was thrown into a deep shit with unexpected first team appearance on the position he isn't yet familiar with. That surprise with Higuain not getting healthier on time was crucial for his mentality, because he couldn't be prepared for such pressure. There was already huge pressure on him to show what he's worth by making every single substitution of his really good, otherwise he would go back to the starting point and earning respect all over again. Imagin what pressure was on him during Clasico when he had to deal with the best team in the world today out of nowhere, playing as a lone striker. Right now he will also be under a lot of pressure, because he is the only proper striker left and he will be responsible for causing danger at Mestalla. There always is pressure when you're playing for Real, but he is the special case and he needs to learn to be able to cope with this amount of expectations and he won't do so if he's constantly being harassed.

I get the criticism, but he definitely doesn't deserve to be the one who people like to wipe the floor with, likes of Ronaldo, Alonso or Ramos deserve a lot of criticism, but not Benzema. He needs support, the whole team needs it right now.

PS: I know I was the one putting '>' sign between him and Higuain, but it's fully justified as one is better than the other. Calling him a waste of money is justified too, not that I want him to be so.

My opinion of Benzema hasn't changed since his Lyon days and all the old members (cule's and Madridistas ) know this.. everyone called me crazy and harsh on him.. so far 2 seasons and he proved nothing except some false rising every couple of month .
all the hype Benzema got was simply for scoring in United.. end of story .

he is moody , lazy , has a bigger ego than his ass , easy to crack under pressure and when he do he leave the box and go to the wings..
he is tactically inept and still play the exact same way he played with Lyon cause he is too thick to change , he need some French toast around him ..
And no, being half French myself i have no beef with him in fact i want him to do well but he isn't what people think he is at all.. good player nothing more than Soldado or Negredo .

other possibilities Adebarndoor (i doubt it ) . Lukaku (too young ) , Almeida ( no way we will get a cup tied striker in January .. press are crazy ) and Valdez(Hercules ) .. i don't see him as a striker though

Dzeko would be awesome. Almeida & Valdez are not nearly good enough and Lukaku is too young and too expensive for an unproven youngster.

Perhaps.. I've got some faith and patience, but if he doesn't change at all in the upcoming months then screw him and get someone who is actually willing to change for the team's sake. Dzeko ? I'm not sure, but I think he has a chance to succeed. I'd like to see someone of Ruud's caliber joining the club, I think that's exactly what we need, experienced striker like Eto'o in Inter and Drogba in Chelsea, but I realize it's not possible right now. So frustrating that there is nearly no-one up available on the market, maybe Tevez, but ManCity isn't MU.
