Very true but not all teams can be played with a target man
if the other team is defending with a highline you need the likes of Higuain who break the offside trap and have pace .
highline defense kills the likes of Llorente and co

True that... But it's also more likely a big team faces buses rather than a high defence! And of course it would be foolish to give up Higuain. And him being very versatile(plays in wings) is a bonus too. If the new boy(probably a target man) does well Mou would have no problem to make Higuain play the Etoo-ish role of treble winning Inter!!

We suffered from strong team buses /deep defense in the last couple of years . any team play with a high line we usually beat them with Higuain with ease.
but we always beat park the bus teams due to the amount of shooting from outside in the last couple of years and direct play

Stupid from Higuain. Should have gotten that surgery done earlier so he could come back exactly for CL.

I read it was the trainers who wanted to wait and see if they could go without the surgery, not Higuain himself. When was the surgery?

I read the coaches and medical staff told him it's impossible for Higuain to go on playing long-term without a surgery and asked him whether he accepts it and he refused because he wanted to wait and see if they can go without it. He was avoiding it by all possible means.
Surgery hasn't been done yet, they're still searching for a suitable specialist to perform it.
