Agree on the point that he hasnot figure out anything, but there are inaccuracies in the article..

Barca 2004-2008 was a different team..
And indeed against that team, he is probably winning the statistics battle..
The comparison should have been made between Jose teams and barca 2008- (present)

And i also think it is inaccurate to say that he tried the same approach with every team he faced barcelona (even including chelsea 04-07)..
He tried different approaches.. Maybe not one of them was attacking, but that is another story..

By the way it won't affect BWIN deal we are still getting 23 Mil a year from them till 2013 but you can bet who the new sponsor will be when the deal ends

Actually worry that Valencia's squad is too big.. they pretty much had 2 players competing for each starting forward position last year.. Know Chori, Joaquin and potentially Mata have gone but there is still a lot of players there. Maybe Villareal or Sevilla wouldve been a better choice?
