The've put a rather extraordinary note up on their website accusing Barcelona of arranging for the charges (after Rosell supposedly met with someone from RFEF), accusing Barca players and staff of all sorts of things, etc etc etc. It's quite something -- can someone find an English version or translate?

I'd be embarrassed if I were a fan (or for that matter an employee) of that club.
