judging by the looks of it, it's either marcelo or drenthe. the fact that drenthe stays, is IMO the reason why m. torres is out. ramos & arbeloa as RBs and marcelo & drenthe as LBs...no room a fifth (used to be drenthe, is now m. torres) wing back.

the robben deal has fueled the speculations with regards to ribéry once again. AS even claims he might be a madrid player within the next few hours. MARCA also claim he still could arrive this summer.
usually "news" to laugh about...but considering the sale of robben came kind of "out of nowhere" and was finalised very quick, i'll hold back my laugh and lean back instead and watch what will happen.

meanwhile there is also the VDV issue, with bayern desperatly looking for a playmaker (so far ribéry is supposed to be forced to do that job) for van gaals new system.

i read reports about Wesley night life adventures in Madrid last winter and no matter if this is true or false i wish him the best of luck he was one my fav players in Ajax and one of my fav in Madrid..hope he score in Barca Forza Wes

well, my dissappointment towards robben is limited as you can imagine. if ribéry actually joins within the next days, very good move/exchange IMO. if not, robbens sale has come to early.

yeah, VDV + cash within the next hours and negotiations till 1st september is what i sense too. it would be the logical and ideal scenario. bayern would replace ribéry with robben and get their natural playmaker, while madrid get their long wanted ribéry

Iker is very sad Robben has left.. i share the same sentiments .. buying a entire new starting 11 is never ever a good idea
it will never work.. i'm against buying Ribery now
