Back on topic, the press are all over Benzema and reports that the staff beginning to doubt his ability .
It's too early to judge but i hope i'm wrong
why didn't they listen and went for any other fast striker

I'm not a fan of benzema, and i also think that he's not that special. Good but not special. But you have to give him time, he's on;y 22 and this is his first year in spain. He still needs a year or two to mature.

True Sammy but i wonder if the fans will wait all this time , in every ones mind he is a 35 million Euro striker & has great service he need to score or at least do more effort to get into goal scoring positions .
the problem is Benzema been too fucking lazy and always run from the center to the sides or to the back

I really do not understand the Vargas to Madrid rumors. Vargas is essentially the same player as Marcelo and Drenthe; much better than both of them but also older. If Fiorentina sell him to Madrid for less than 30M without getting Marcelo in return I will have a stroke.

That's why i didn't bother to report it , especially that the source was Vargas home country press.
he is an older more experienced version of Marcelo ,Vargas isn't even a LB anymore

The fact that he only started playing well when he was moved up to the wing and as a LB is behind not only Pasqual but also Gobbi (utility midfielder; basically the Italian version of Gabri) in the pecking order should be telling. Thankfully it's only the Peruvian media and goal.com reporting this (though hopefully goal is correct about la Viola having reached an agreement with Boca to buy Munoz for 5.5M in Janurary)

Better question: Why did RM ditch Negredo for Benzema? Doesn't matter that RM have a buyback clause for him, they shouldn't have wasted ~$45+ million (USD; 35 million euros) in the first place. Negredo's giving Spain and Sevilla goals left and right, unlike Benzema for France and RM.

I remember we wanted no Benzema on either team, and it seems so right now.

Visca el filòsof!
Because Negredo is from the cantera, and that's just plain dull. It's so much more impressive to spend 35m€ on a player and then claim that you beat Manchester United et al in the race to sign him.

They ditched Negredo after they failed to ditch Ruud & based on Negredo wanting to get more minutes to be in the Spanish selection traveling to the world cup, the best solution was to send him to a team that he can flourish in and get back to Real after Ruud contract runs out (end of this season ) .

And no u did want Benzema , i didn't want him ;)

I've never heard any cule here wanting Benzema ;-)

BTW, you answered a question I didn't ask, Beast. I'll still be waiting for it..... :/

Here's my answer to my own question: I just feel that RM could've save much more money that they don't even have (according to Perez's mouth assuming it's true) while keeping the better player at the same time. You know Ruud isn't even starting (that maybe because he still hasn't recovered from a one year lay-off), so I still see no reason for Benzema and losing the better player that would've started. Then again, it's the Perez's party's RM, who wants foreign stars that are worse and more expensive than their own products.

Gnegneri

immaculately conceived
Seven goals in three games, two against lesser teams (Milan was poor)

I hope for you Pelle sees some defensive problems now.
