He has been played wide when I saw him, interchanging with Ronaldo. If its not him then who?

depending on the formation cause we played lots of them .. u saw him in the 4-3-3 and 4-2-2-2 , most of the time we played 4-2-3-1 with kaka in the AM position Marcelo and CR left & right and Higuain upfront , it will affect Marcelo LM position

we were not after Ribery to replace kaka u know

And here it goes again. Money sickness of Madrid. Others create players, they just buy them.... that's why I hate teams like Real.

Hope Navas stays at Sevilla, as he fits perfectly in this team, for at least 2 more years. If Madrid signs him now, it could be a Game Over for his career.

P.S. About the home-sickness. I guess that was related with a long stay outside Seville. Ex. if he would stay in Moscow for about 2 weeks, then he would have those attacks... not only when leaving Seville, that quick. That was the problem that he stayed home when Sevilla was about to go on training camps outside the country. Im not sure about him overcoming this problem.

When you were after Ribery you wanted rid of VDV, which surely changed now since good form?

I didn't consider this since I thought Marcelo recently extended his contract.

VDV was the first on the transfer list.. we even didn't give him a shirt number.. he survived those who Manu wanted to keep (Wes & Robben )

VDV can't play on the wings he sucks in it and was never a part of any plan to be a winger or LM/RM
.. his presence or lack of it has nothing to do with seeking a winger
you have to consider we have a trio of Gago,Guti & Raul leaving in the summer as well

anyhow i don't see us going for Navas but we do need another winger

Reyes was a big player in winning Madrid the title, sure they wouldn't mind that again.

Navas is quality, he's given one of the highest amount of assists in the league, his crossing is great, quick feet and good skill. He's not a Messi, he's a genuine winger and hugs that touchline, it's difficult to say if he'd do well outside of Sevilla but he has nothing going against him not to imo, if he doesn't have that anxiety thing that is.

See, it was great. I would say it was a greater sporting achievement than Barca treble. Discuss:

in the sense that they were shit, yeah, it was pretty impressive.

but that it was all spawned because a referee bottled giving a penalty at the camp nou in the clasico. if that's given, real lose, and the unbeaten run never gets started... well that kinda denigrates it.

and the fact that, while impressive, it's been done before. but to win a treble, and in the style we did it... was just a much more impressive sporting achievement.
