This has nothing to do with who's saying it. Its how things have worked ever since madrid signed Higuain. First he had Raul and Ronaldo ahead of him, then it was ruud and raul and this year started with Benzema and raul ahead of him. The only reason Higuain is ahead of benzema now is because Benzema's not performing.
Higuain's always been first choice in the "who should we bench" dilema and i don't see this changing, specially if Florentino signs another "galactico"
You do realize that Higuain did bench all the names you mentioned ? one after one ? Higuain was BENCHED when he deserved to be (early this season he was shooting blanks ) apart from that when he scored he played .. and yes based on the first year and half Higuain position on the bench was spot on
and you do realize he is starting ahead of Benzema "Perez signing " and If Higuain isn't preforming it's normal he would be benched again ???!!
that's normal not oh poor victim Higuain .. that's how anyone in charge would do .
your logic would be correct if Benzema or Raul are starting ahead of him ..and make no mistake the moment he shoot blanks he will be benched again .. he has no guaranteed spot unless he keep performing ..it's a competition for places not charity and if he was second choice early this season behind Benzema same as Raul and above Ruud & Negredo .. the later left , Ruud played and got injured and kept being 4th choice and Manu didn't give Benzema enough time Higuain replaced him when he preformed .
Higuain will always be as good as he preforms , any other way he would be another Raul and i /we don't want that ..it's not a video game it's football

You don't see me reporting that Ibra demanded explanation from Pep when he was benched (according to ONA radio and reported in AS yesterday after the game for real ) ..
