u have also to consider if we really did sell Gago-lass-diarra and with Guti out and maybe VDV.. the midfield will have a grand total of 2 players Xabi & Granero

yeah, but these attackers are definitely not to replace the destroyers no... thought Granero is more an advanced attacking mid fielder as well.

Martinez depend on Bilbao wimp.. we had deals before and their top striker Ismael Urtiz (sp ) was actually a Real Madrid youth player .
De Rossi def. Roma would sell anything for the right amount of money but it depend if De Rossi wants to move and judging by the Italians history in la liga (except Vieri ) it's a big risk

i don't think last nite has proved mou can beat us. It was more luck than anything, he didnt do anything surprisingly good, I think Guus Hiddink its a lot better, last year with Chelsea, he really proved we were with luck by defeating them. This time there were too many factors like to believe that mou is the biggest one. First the bus ride, then the refs in both games, most of our players didnt play good, I believe mainly beacuse they have played more than anybody the last 2 years, they were so tired. I'm sure Pep learned the lesson and he will come up with some other strategy to defeat teams that just park the bus

if i remember right, the last time i asked you about javi martinez, you didn't rate him - telling me, you've never seen him play 1 decent/good game. has that changed by now or do i interpret the underlined "hope bilbao agree" part wrong???

I hope you don't sign Di Maria, I haven't seen a huge amount of him but I think he would be awesome for our LW, the problem is everyone wants us to sign the same kind of players, we need a bit more directness and someone who can hit the byline and provide genuine width.
