if i remember right, the last time i asked you about javi martinez, you didn't rate him - telling me, you've never seen him play 1 decent/good game. has that changed by now or do i interpret the underlined "hope bilbao agree" part wrong???

He is a basque , which mean you will hate his guts when he play against you and love him when he is with you (like Ramos ) .

i rate him now as a holding midfielder but not the creative midfielder he got his fame to be

personally i think adding this sort of character/fighting spirit/leadership would do real madrid very well. a player like javi martinez could be great for the midfield and - with the latest rumor being david luiz wants a move to the EPL - a player like amorebieta would be great to partner r. albiol or pepe in the defense.

Let's not forget it's Bilbao we are talking about.. they'd rather sell with 10 Mil loss to any other team

certainly...therefore, by now i just refer to both players characteristics and that it would perfectly fit real madrids needs IMO. the other thing remains to be seen, too much questions about wether or not pérez really goes for 1 or even both players - could well be nothing more than paper talk - or wether or not bilbao would sell even 1 of them at all, let alone both etc...

Nandor, David Luiz prefers La Liga & Premier League. Not just EPL.

however with preference for the EPL as far as i heard. and since he has/will have plenty of offers from the EPL, he's most likely to go there.

His preference? Everyone wants to play in the Premier League and La Liga. But we have to see the offers and who’s available to take him. A lot of people have been watching, but officially I don’t have anything from anybody. We will see what happens.

His agent that is.

Nice 70% of our fans don't want Aguero

makes me ask myself who is/are the striker/s the fans want...david villa??? rooney??? negredo??? torres??? pato??? who???

As expected the Madrid press started their polls :

on AS : Should Mourinho be the future manager of Real Madrid ?
yes 49 %
No 51 %

upate:

YES: 46%
NO: 54%

votes: 118.557

He was shooting an ad for a video game and shot the same ad with a Real Madrid t-shirt as a precautionary measure

they say Benzema did the same thing last year before moving to Real he shot the same AD twice in Lyon & Real t-shirt

don't really know what to think

makes me think, why on earth should rooney do something like that when he himself rules out a move to real madrid. benzema certainly did it, because he wanted a move to real. which makes me think further...he wouldn't, thus he probably is in deed interested in joining real madrid !!!IF!!! the circumstances are right. unless he was forced to the add in a real madrid shirt of course, but does make sense???

exactly...and according to what i hear, his preference between EPL & la liga is the EPL. which means, if there are offers from both leagues, he'll choose the EPL. which further means, he'll move to the EPL, since you really can't see either chelsea, manu, man city, liverpool, arsenal or all together not trying do get him. there certainly will be interest from the EPL, so la liga is no more than a theoretical option, an option close to nothing.

Nando our fans don't want a striker , they are happy with the lethal duet we have now ..
the previous poll conducted for the socio's had none of the strikers in the most wanted .. it was Silva-Cesc.. which fits right into the tactical aspect of our team
we do need someone to link between the DM and the AM/FW and we need a LM to have balance

the Mourinho poll is very normal , no one likes the big mouth -tactical defensive setup manager .. he will make us a a unit and a very strong one and he read the game well but god damn it will be a big pain to watch .. Capello could look like Pep in comparison

unless they have guarantee's from him regarding the style and considering Mourinho like challenges well.. let's not get ahead of ourselves

it won't be jose.

perez wants to be liked, that won't happen with jose in charge.

felipao, I tell thee.

also, how gutted must real be? robben-led bayern vs. sneijder-led inter in the CL final and pathetico in the EL final!

Same way those who let go of Eto'o must be gutted as he go for his second consecutive final ..and Ibra who left to win the CL will be watching it from home

won't matter for the fans they have fond memories of both Sneijder-Robben and they will be treated well.. it's a different thing if it was Robinho .

u have a point about Jose and u always pushed for Felipao .. but i doubt the later and i share your views on the former.. but it's a question of are they willing to sacrifice to build a team ? cause Jose can build that team but be 1000000000000 loathed by everyone .. the best bet is Fabio but it depend on England and his views on going back to club management

Yeah. We've been taunting Madrid for Sneijder and Robben and now find ourselves in the same situation with Eto being few steps away from Scudetto + CL.

well, sorta. but not really because eto'o hasn't played a big part in getting inter there. the crucial goals in their run were scored by milito, sneijder and chuco. bayern and sneijder have played huge roles in getting their teams to the final, especially robben.

now, having said that, eto'o will score in madrid. as I said 100000 times before; eto'o won't get you to the final, but he'll probably help you win it. and this will be proven correct come may. guarandamnteed.

I just think felipao makes the most sense.

another big point in his favour is he won't make it all about him - which is what jose will do and any achievement real have will be overshadowed as a mourinho achievement. he brings a style like don fabio but is hogs the limelight, which is obviously unlike don fabio. and I can't see him leaving england anyway. he gets paid a lot of money, doesn't have to work 365 days a year, and has IMMENSE job security (note how this time they've gone for the captain, not the manager).

Chelsea goal Meta ... most important of them all it gave the team huge mental strength , before the goal a Chelsea goal would have sent them packing
plus when you take into consideration all the war you've been having with Eto'o through out the season , court case , Pep /Laporta talk and last night tax thingy .. it's a slap in the face more than Robben-Sneijder who just criticized the upper management but had a good rapport with the fans .

I disagree about hogging the limelight would make any difference , Perez want to build a new team and be successful he won't take a chance on Felipao as his previous effort in Chelsea was a big big failure (and another South American manager which we all know how it ends ) .. the fans and the players actually want Pellegrini to continue and refused all the names thrown at them by the press from Jose to Rafa ..
the style is a big issue for Jose and even though he took out Barca still as u can see the majority of the fans refuse to have him as a manager.. if it was anyone else they would have voted yes with 90 % .
Manuel continuity depend on the next couple of games if he can pull it i see him going for the second year

the stamford bridge goal was irrelevant, tbh.

yes a chelsea goal would have hurt them - but chelsea never once looked like scoring in that game. it wasn't meaningless but it wasn't crucial either (like eto'o's efforts vs. lyon and bayern for us last season).

and what are you on, eto'o has a fantastic rapport with the fans and has just had a row with the management! it's the same situation, except eto'o hasn't led his team to the final. but as I said, he will score there so it's likely we'll have egg on our faces eventually, just not yet. lol.

as for felipao, I'm only saying him because of his portfolio (world cup, 2x copa libertadores, etc.) and his rapport with your two big money signings. yeah his chelsea project failed, but that's because he wasn't given the players he wanted (specifically robinho) and was without essien for most of his time there and drogba was out of sorts. he revitalised malouda (who flopped under jose) and improved cashley too.

pellegrini continuing would be very surprising considering alcorcon, lyon, and being done twice in the clasicos. but it could be a SENSIBLE choice.

You boo'ed him in the two games in Camp Nou Meta..or did u forget ? expect some nice messages if he won the CL towards your club .
i have little trust in SA managers to be sure .. the long list of failures is a big turn off however Felipao is out of the radar in all the polls so it would be a big surprise to me
