I do not believe that Higuain's ego is getting into the way here, not at all. He is a striker and he has proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is our main man at a young age and he needs the respect and the support. Why sell him? He went through a bad form until he scored one against Mallorca. This is the shortest low form patch among all strikers. Players go terrible for way longer and no one mentions a word.

If lass is making noise in the dressing room then fine, let him go but as for M Diarra, why are we shipping him out? Its easy to dispose of players when they are down but his qualities lied in his head and his reading of the game, you don't just lose that with an injury. He will come good again. He is a league winner, simple as.

It is sad to see that these faithful names being mentioned in the transfer list.

No is bothered about Higuain bad patch Raed , you misunderstood the subject
it's the attitude on the pitch that has changed , he is more " i will score more goals than anyone else " than the old " we must win every game "
if that's the reoccurring theme from now on i wouldn't mind selling him , if it's temp than he need to get his head straight cause it ain't at the right place for quiet some time ..

the Lass-Diarra all depend on the new coach .. Pellegrini stays they are out and the likes of Javi Martinez are in who suit his ideas..
Pellegrini out Mourinho in than expect both to stay for sure

well, as far as i heard, lass is "inventing" injury after injury, causing trouble with his sort of rebel behavior. he wants out and is said to be showing his old troublemaker character once things don't go according to his wishes.

as for m. diarra...he said in an interview that he's happy with the man united link and that at the end of the season he'll have to discuss his situation with the club, since he's not getting enough playing time this season.
that sounded kinda like an ultimatum: give me back my starting place or i'll leave.

while i agree with beast, that this issue is tied to the coach-question, i really don't think lass will stay. he apperently pissed off too many people at the club with his behavior, i doubt the club will listen to mourinho with regards to him. m. diarra on the other hand will possibly stay if mourinho or capello take over.

Real Madrid will probably come out stronger than ever next season. If they buy two players like Robben and Sneijder over the summer they might even succeed in the champions league. Oh wait.

you do know that's just a small issue and shipping out a proven player citing just head ain't at the right place as excuse is foolish, right!?

ouchhh

I can defend the club on Dinho transfer. I think the reason why he was sold was basically to allow Messi to take the next step to become the monster he is. Which was a good transfer.
Eto'o however, I don't know why. It was clearly Henry that needed to go, not Eto'o.

You mean like Dinho & Eto'o ?

Come on Gio, Eto'o & Dinho!? 2 world class proven-players who have won every thing at club level and players who didn't need to give shit about the others!? You compare them to Higuain!? He's a kid, who is still not an undisputed starter at his club, while Eto'o & Dinho were people whom even the manager couldn't control!!

No the reason is known , he was slacking off and thinking he is too big to work hard as before ..
party life (Sneijder is another one ) affected him and those Advisors told him he was much bigger than life ..

There is always a time to part with your players no matter how good they are, the trick is always finding the "Proper" replacement (which is always a 50/50 case ) and when to sell him .

Robinho for example was sold IMHO in the very right time , had he stayed for another season we wouldn't get 20 Mil for him .
That said i simply love Higuain he is an embodiment of Real Madrid fighting spirit and i would miss him like crazy if he was sold but if it comes down to bad attitude on the pitch i would sell him for those rumored 40 Million and find a proper replacement (which is again a hit & miss concept ) but that's life .
It will also be down to who is the next in line for the hot seat and what he wants and if Higuain will sign his contract extension which is still pending till this moment due to difference in the amounts wanted/requested between the player & the club .. if he will not renew than it's better to sell now

Read what you wrote earlier you will see a clear contradiction
and Dinho head was not in the right place..
