Improvin' Perfection!!
Didn't I also say he's not yet the star he needs to be to get out unscratched doing that shit!? He's still an unfinished product(who's already giving such huge performances!!) and already a kinda symbol of your club!!

You do know youngsters like that just need a stick and not a boot out

Even the brightest youngster can get his head turned (we've seen it couple of times with so many stars who were finished before completing their career .. look no further than the likes of Robinho ,Lavezzi ,Cassano -though regained some now but after wasting 5/6 good years of his career )

If you go to my post about Higuain right after Lyon game

here

Damn it i wrote a long post and my wi/fi connection was lost along with the post after i pressed reply ..

anyhow Gonzalo is a great kid , a talented , hardworking , down to earth kid he is loved and adored by every Madridista in Spain and outside
last night there another Gonzalo
last couple of weeks Higuain received praise like never before , shinning among big super stars and getting on top of everyone else.
Higuain believed the hype , he entered the game looking for Higuain for the first time Higuain put himself above the team , he lost focus and was selfish .
the normal Higuain would have scored the first attempt with ease and passed the second to the free to score Cristiano .
he was looking for number 1 and that's why he received part but not all the blame .
not for missing the chance hardly but not for not being the Gonzalo Higuain the Madridista love .
U won't find any Madridista talk about Higuain missing two crisp chances in Stade Gerland (the backheel from Cristiano and the one on one with Lloris ) or Seville game .. but we will talk about last night selfish Gonzalo who disappointed us with his performance
Make no mistake no one is turning on him but as much as a player receive praise when he deserve it , he will also receive shit from the fans when he deserve it and last night he truly deserve it .

for his first time selfishness I (we ) am upset from Gonzalo but no one is asking for his head but for him to remember why we all loved this hard working , nerves of steel , clinical finisher.

And for the record the fans blame (Video available on AS ) Kaka,Guti,Raul

He is a young kid , he is not a choker in the CL Gonzalo improve each year ,
this season it was the first time to score in the CL , next year he will add to his telly cause he always work on the aspects of his games and he is a great learner

^^^^ i always defended Higuain , he is a great kid but what i felt in that game and posted above back on the 11th of March has extended through out March & April and now May

beast, yesterdays game against bilbao showed what i was trying to express...with guti being back from injury and starting again, the offensive power was no longer focused on the wings only, but came a lot through the center as well. that benefited higuain by getting the zillion very clear 1 on 1 situations he loves to waste before he scores. it also helped kaká a lot, who IMO had good game - very nice work on that assist for benzema - and showed the improvement i claimed he would show once he gets more offensive support from the center midfield, namely in the form of gutis style of play. both players got involved much more in the attacks than during the last 2 games without guti. and more important, both players got involved in the gameplay in a matter that suits them the most - higuain with the passes through the center and kaká with the offensive help of both guti & xabi alosno.

speaking of xabi alonso...i really loved to see him play that offensive. i can't recall any game where he played a role that offensive, moving that often very close/near to the opponents box. he great game IMO...i would love to see his role being that offensive minded more often.

Nando Guti was totally crap yesterday .. he couldn't make 2 passes together in the first half .. and apart from the left side pass to Marcelo he was pure shit..

Granero was brilliant so was Xabi -Ramos-Marcelo-Arbeloa .. Kaka was good as a sub

Do ya feel lucky, punk?
Omg. I don't remember when RMA was win with that results? like yesternight against Athletic Bilbao.

it's not about form beast, it's about what a certain player adds to his team's gamplay and how that can help/benefits other teammates.

yes, guti was crap and kaká is still off form. both facts are not topic of discussion. however, regardless of form, what guti does is shift the attack to the center of the field and try to play thorughpasses. by doing so, he brings the game to kaká - or whatever name the offensive minded playmaker has - as well as he brings it to higuain in another way other than (high) crosses from the wings. higuain ain't the typ of striker to be fed with high crosses in order to head them in. that's not where his strengths are.

you take away a guti typ of player and you'll have the mallorca game: the attacking plays are coming from the wings only, with the center doing nothing but playing the ball out to the wings. kaká or any other comparable playmaker of similar typ will be left out of game, thus having in invisible game. higuain will struggle, cause he is not getting those opportunities where he's best at. instead he'll try to go for the impossible shot/goal, until he gets that pass from the center that allows him to run towards the keeper, use his speed and bring himself into a 1 on 1 situation (the 1:4 against mallorca). But that's not because these players suck, it's because the coach - in form of system, tactics, starting players and gameplay - doesn't make propper use of his players strengths. that's where pellegrini IMO messed up this season and should improve...should he stay.

That's cause Kaka is not building the attack from the midfield , he hangs on the 18 yard line... bring Kaka to the center or sell him and get someone who carry the ball the way Guti do (whether his name is Gerrard,Cesc,Gourcuff,Lampard,Seedorf... that type )
