mourinho is an egoist, he will take his own philosophy which is organised defensive play with direct attacking. and parking the bus in big games and playing hoofball to an epic target man.

he may make subtle variations, but he won't change his steez.

Totally agree with you and there are many madridistas that believe he can change according to the players and he will play offensively since Real Madrid has that kind of players and it's what their fans want. But in Chelsea he recruited awhole different kind of players, he priorized the deffensive part of the game and same with Inter. So it's not like he will adapt or he can adapt to a squad that wants to attack 70% of the game. He had the money to develope the style he could have wanted in chelsea and its clear after seeing him in Inter tha he is a coach that likes to defend more than attack, that's what he is good at and that's how he will play in Real Madrid

both to united would be something special, I think it's understandable for people to expect mou will bring a few inter players, but the same assumption was made when mourinho went to inter that he would bring in drogba and lampard, neither materialized as it isn't straight forward as it seems for a range of reasons. On top of that you''d think rm would approach the market in a thoughtful manner, bring in cover for cb and new faces to the full back positions. I'm sure mou realizes the attacking prowess he'd have at RM so he'd try to resolve the higuain situation immediately and if his footballing philosophy is anything to go buy you'd expect him to make changes in the back.

Hmmm that is true. It will be interesting to see the developments. I personally think that Benzema is rubbish btu if anyone can make anything of him it has to be SAF. As for Higuain, he's just pure class.

Higuain won't be off unless he wants to leave for a gazillion Euro in salary.. that much i can confirm
he is offered way higher salary outside but he is still contracted with Real till 2013

Got to admit Beast, cos its on the SKY network, i watched a panel discussion on Real Madrid tv and they have this pannelist on who writes for l'equipe i think. Any way, he is apparently close to Benzema and he said there is absolutely no chance Benzema will be leaving Real any time soon and that he is well thought of at the club.

Yip, Inter will have a place for Mourinho always in their hearts but i cant see them standing idly by letting all their big players leave.

mourinho is a tricky one...as much as i'm certain about him being the perfect coach for the players atm, i'm just not convinced wether he is the best possible option for real madrid (in terms of stability and long term thinking and the continuance of the spanish flavor and the youthening of the team) and madridistas expectations (the boring football issue, obviously).

however, signing him for 4 years is a good sign. let's see how the following days/weeks go and the summer in gerneral regarding players. i hope he doesn't bring too much oldies with him...there have been a lot rumored till now. cross my fingers they remain rumors
