can someone please help me. how much was paid for Ibra?
i guess 50+Eto.
16mil for Mou is not a problem for RM, i think.
it is wise to spend money on good coach than crap player who can't deliver

you do realize you spent a combined fee of 100M on both Benzema and Kaka (who btw Ibra achieved and performed more than what they did, combined)

again you're embarrassing me as a human before anything else.

I think he is talking primarily about Real
but how the mighty have fallen.. beginning of the season u guys were comparing Ibra to CR now it's Benzema (Can't put Kaka since he is a creator not a scorer ) :D

Anyhow yes all three were a disappointment but the difference is Benz is still young and can improve or be sold with a minimum loss , not the same with Kaka & Ibra who both Barca & Real paid a lot for and the value will go down each year and you did end up paying an extra 40 + variables for a player in his position .. ;)

If you are working on your Masters, or PhD, your name will not appear on the paper unless the Dr. wants to or is kind enough. A big corporation, mid size managers get the company running and when it is doing well, the executives are celebrated. Same thing with players and managers. If a project fails and a Dr. doesn't come to a conclusion the university will make adjustments. Executives resign. My point is that Mourinho making more than the players makes sense to me. He is criticized for hogging all the lime light but as per the two past examples, he is the leader of the group. It makes sense to me that a coach commands the respect of his players, so far in the three teams he has managed, every player (except terry, who is an asshole) has loved him.

I always held managers and coaches in high regard, more so than the players themselves. Mourinho's celebrations may be exaggerated and over the top but they are not unusual to me and I understand. What mourinho does to his players is very rare in the world. The ability to attract all the attention to him and protect his players is very unselfish. He could easily hide behind players, but he always detracted the attention off his players and either onto himself or someone else.

he was definitely talking about Barca. just look at the two things I quoted. I wasnt comparing his scoring ability to that of Kaka or Benzema at all, I was only comparing the transfer fee of Ibra, Kaka, and Benzema and who performed better this season (performed not scored more goals). Ibra didn't have an amazing season, but neither did he have a horrible one (unlike Benzema or Kaka I guess)

so my point is; if he wants to justify the fee of Mourinho on something, let it be on his clubs transfers. dont get me wrong Beast, Im not that stupid to compare players transfer fees to that of managers like RM2011 tried to do.

I think the problem is you linked both posts ( me thinks ) the other one was clearly about Real only ..but you seem to have a thing with him beyond his posts cause that post (second one ) could also relate to a transfer for Real for a crap player
If you want to get a manager contracted to another club you pay his release clause Moe , there is nothing new in it
it's very normal procedure , we paid for Villarreal to get Pellegrini and any manager contracted to a club and you want him you must pay his current club a compensation

@Beast I know that you have to pay a managers release clause to get him. I havent said anything about Mourinho or the fee that Madrid paid for him. Im only trying to show him how much in denial he is in. its obvious that both of his posts carried the same point, he might come now and disagree but it will only be to save himself some embarrassment.

and no dont worry, I have nothing against him. I respect members of rival clubs who are good posters (you and Raed for example) but tbh all the posts Ive read for him remind me of a 3rd grade kid.
