Alright, but seriously, Inter had the easiest job of all leagues, due to the impact of the Calciopoli scandal. Anyway I feel i've explained myself in above posts. Coaches may be "way superior" in the Serie A but aside from Milan (and this year Inter), Serie A teams tend to flop in Europe, whether or not their managers are tactically superior or not.

The Scandal was 4 year ago Beef it has no effect on the current situation at all , Juve reinforced , Milan reinforced , Fiorentina , Roma..etc
tend to flop in Europe !? the last 10 years they won the CL 3 times , as much as la liga more than the EPL ..

It's a wrong statement considering the last 4 years Serie A won 2 CL and la liga one and over a span of 10 years it's the same ...

Italians never bothered with UEFA cup at all .. apart from Inter in the late 90's and Parma .. they really field their worst sides in the last 10 years.. first team for Serie A & reserve for UEFA cup.. Lazio did it , Fiorentina..etc same way Aston Villa did it couple of years ago.. they don't have big enough squads for 2 competitions

exactly...just give back the 35m € plus some 5m € in punitive damage for spoiling chubby enzema close to the point of no return.

he's wasting his talent - which he without a doubt has - cause his unwillingness & lazyness to fight & work for a place, thus earning it, is beyond healthy. i don't ever see him make it with a club unless he changes his attitude dramatically.

he'll be good for lyon though. after all, you spoiled him and garanteed him minutes for being the benz and the benz only.

btw, gio...this is exactly why i keep defending kaká, wanting him to stay and why i don't do it with benzema, longing for him to be sold and replaced.
both had a bad season - given - and didn't meat expectations. be that for whatever reason or excuse, doesn't matter. what does matter to me though, is how like it is that the player comes good. like i said, benzema IMO will never make it in any big club with that spoiled lazy ass attitude, cause i can't see him being given minutes/a starter role just for being the benz. kaká on the other hand has the right working mentality to overcome this bad season. he'll come good, wether it will be at madrid (with mourinho making him feel larger than life) or city or chelsea. therfore, baring in mind the 65m €, it might as well be madrid

As far as the press reported and Mourinho own words he will be responsible for the first team from A to Z which i believe will turn Valdano relation to Mourinho is similar to Baldini to Capello ..

I don't see Valdano staying on the long run if Jose is a success but he must stay in any case for now.. that's how i understand the situation atm and it took good effort from Perez & Mendez to gather the two men who represent left & right in football

well, in his interviews mourinho used the example of him and branca at inter to clearify what he has in mind regarding the relation with valdano. he told that he went to branca asking him for carvalho. branca however said lucio would be better. mourinho got convinced by that and in the end we all know who ended up at inter.

according to mourinhos words...instead of dictate, he likes to work in teams, getting input and output from several competent people. as in the lucio example with branca.

And also Juve: winner in 1977 (with Capello as player), 1990 (against Fiorentina of Baggio) and 1993 (against Borussia Dortmund).

How do you know what I do or do not read? You can't even read my post which is in English and then you make a bit of a fool of yourself by making out like I didn't read something.

Marca is as biased as they come, I'm sure even a child could figure that out but I'm sure AS do exactly the same. The Ibra story is on the front page of the website btw, I think you mean the front page of the actual paper.

Er, yes I did know you would say something like that because you're a Real fan and you obviously spend time reading the garbage.

I've read it often over the last few years actually, it's all anti Barca and it's all about how Real have special relations with other teams etc. Nearly every story on Barca is a negative one and pretty much the only Barca stories that get anywhere near their front page are negative. Look at today's as a prime example, an article talking about how Guardiola is an idiot for paying all that money for Ibra but won't play him. Last week it was one about Toure leaving etc.

It's crap, beast, you just can't see if through those tacky white tinted glasses of yours.
