Selling Kaka' when they did seems like the deal of the century now. Just like Shevchenko, perfect timing for cashing in.

It was the first match ffs. di Maria is a signing for the future so as long he doesn't flop a la Benzema it's okay for them. 25 mils is nothing in today's market.

It's too early to say he'll be a flop yes, hence "potential"... there's no denying there's a lot of work to be done though if he's to be successful

hate your club even more Serg :(
it's all from the drug enhancement from your Milan lab

I hate to say it but I'm a little envious that you guys got Canales. Although Di Maria being a potential flop evens it out I guess.

u can't judge him after one game or even one season... Benzema looked great last night compared to last season

Yeah you're right. Not everyone can impress on the first match, or even the first several. I just have a feeling that he's going to be the one on the chopping block for you guys this season like Ibra is for us and like Benzema was for you last season. Just conjecture though.

benzema looked good in the beginning of the season, but then god knows what happened

So maybe Di Maria will be opposite, look absolutely shit in the beginning and then turn into wonderboy?

They were the rip-offs of the century(along with our own Eto'o/Ibra swap)

But the problem for AC Milan is that they failed to reinvest all that money,Inter succeeded...

Visca el filòsof!
Friendlies are better ignored, it's just a runout for the players to gain fitness and some tactical knowledge of each other. So long as you're not getting spanked or picking up injuries the match matters very little

Mou's luck comes into play again. Kaka being out for 2 months is perfect as he is under no pressure to play him. On the flip side though, it means he will probably not be sold now as nobody will risk buying an injured player.

Harsh Gio, am quite sure Milan knew nothing of any injury problems, and even if they did you only have your own medical staff to blame for not picking up on it.

I wasn't meaning from an injury point of view anyway, but form. I told you at the time he had been out of form for 2 years, but you said I was just bitter that he moved. I think we can see now that really it was not the case. Though am surprised he got worse to be honest, I thought the move would atleast give him the little bid motivation to improve slightly on his form, not fall off a cliff like now.

Even though I dislike him for how he treated Milan like a atm in his final years with us, have to say it was sad seeing him in the game with Sporting live. Really did not recognise this player to the one I saw in the Sansa.
