they were keeping the ball and the possession almost all game, the pressure and passing was quite good however
Ozil is indeed invisible cause Jose is playing him on the right , i don't think Canales was bad he is doing what Jose is asking him to do (drop deep to pick the ball ) .
the new kid Juan is good and could be promising but need more game . Adan was shocking , Sami was awesome so is Marcelo
Di Maria is better than previous game but still not what you expect @ this level
i want Ozil to move to the center in the second half with Leon coming for the RM spot

Decent game so far, the midfield are actually stringing passes together and making good runs off the ball.
Hercules have looked good in the burst they have had forward and have an amazing crowd and even though they had a lot of luck in the goal, they thoroughly deserved it for their efforts.
I am still not convinced by Khedira, he looks very immobile and honestly abit stiff. Lass is playing really well at rightback which is no suprise.
I wld switch Canales to the left, Maria to the right and ozil thru the middle.
Higuain has been lame.. he needs to calm down and get his moves in sync witht the midfield.
Goal was signed sealed and delivered from our cantera.... centreback and goalkeeper mistakes

Let me rephrase that. Maybe our possession is good, but the team didn't rly show any practical way of turning possession into chances, at least not in last 20 mins of the first half.
I predict that Di Maria is going to be the biggest flop of the season. Marcelo as a captain is rly weird, I wouldn't give him such role.

I agree with that , we didn't create much chances , we need that final killer pass for a goal
give Di Maria time, thankfully he is not the only one available so he can take his time to adapt

Ugh game. Still preseason (and only the first half played!) but Madrid look all over the place. Loads of possession but because Canales and Ozil look completely out of their depth there is no penetration. No surprise to see Ozil deployed on the right as he is less exposed there considering he has only had a couple of training sessions with the team.
The Tunisian looks like a squad player at best but Lass is doing well at RB. Surely after this half Madrid will realise that they won't win a thing unless they buy a left back?!?

I thot so but I might be wrong wld have to see the game again since i am watching a stream. Canales to me wld make a decent striker if we tried to make him into that ...... wld get back to watching the game.
Di Maria is an actor... with a footballing role. bloody fake!
