Finally we have a coach who makes some difficult decisions without any hesitation. Mourinho declined that he wants VdV in the squad and if Perez has changed at least in some bit then he will allow him to stay and fight for his position in the team, but if not then we might see the tensions growing between Mourinho and the board which I think it can even result in his future resignation. But Perez doesn't want him to go which means VdV stays

You need to lay off his PAST conviction for coke as well, the guys father was murdered by the camorra, and he had to have protection for ratting on the crime lord that did it. You can't really blame him for putting his career on hold and a vice getting the better of him, infact I think its one of the reasons I admire him so much that he did get it back on track and became Serie A top scorer.
